QUICKSOLV (NWT-200) is an internal cleaner that dissolves and removes heavy hydrocarbon deposits on surfaces for which low-flashpoint solvents cannot be used. QUICKSOLV (NWT-200) dissolves and disperses heavy hydrocarbon sludge, asphalt, heavy lube oil, and heavy residue in vessels, vessel unit bottoms, lines, and tanks. It also easily removes light hydrocarbon contamination, and can be used with the Evap-Treat Processes.

QUICKSOLV (NWT-200) is formulated to convert sulfides and maximize degassing properties when combined with Hydrocarbon-free and related products. Mixed with water and Hydrocarbon-free, QUICKSOLV (NWT-200) forms a solvent that dissolves heavy hydrocarbons and breaks down many polymeric deposits. Emulsions made with QUICKSOLV (NWT-200) will break without additional clean-water recovery chemicals.

QUICKSOLV (NWT-200) is a non-petroleum product that has dramatically lower toxicity and flammability than comparable petroleum and citrus-type products. Wash solutions can be sent to crude tankage for easy breakout and recovery.
