HYDROCARBONFREE (NWT-100) is a water-based surfactant combination that emulsifies and demulsifies hydrocarbons without the use of external emulsion breakers. This S.E.A.R.C.H. versatile product has numerous applications in decontaminating hydrocarbon-processing units. In a single application, HYDROCARBONFREE (NWT-100) removes oil, gas, benzene, LEL, H2S, and pyrophoric iron sulfides.

H2S:

HYDROCARBONFREE (NWT-100) oxidizes H2S and eliminates it in a relatively fast, mild oxidation that does not generate a heat reaction.

Iron Sulfide:

HYDROCARBONFREE (NWT-100) oxidizes sulfide components and takes away their pyrophoric nature.

As part of the S.E.A.R.C.H. Process, HYDROCARBONFREE (NWT-100) reduces turnaround-cleaning time by as much as 30 hours, allowing fast, safe entry into vessels. It saves time and water by using the Evap-Treat application.

HYDROCARBONFREE (NWT-100) is safe, biodegradable and compatible with metallurgy and wastewater systems. There are no VOC'S.
